As you are reading this, we are currently celebrating our twelfth wedding anniversary. Twelve years, gosh….
12 whole years.
We are about to go in to year 13 with exciting changes, challenges and a whole lot of love.
Here’s to many, many more.

As we move into the latter stages of 2018, it’s fair to say that virtual reality has been a little bit underwhelming. While it’s still a major technology and one we should all keep an eye on, it hasn’t exactly “changed the game,” so to speak.
Mark Zuckerberg himself, who, through Facebook, is heavily invested in the success of VR, said just last year that it will be 10 years before we really get to where we want to go with the technology. And he may be right. We may look up in another 10 years, if not five, and see VR as an indispensable technology and a modern marvel. For now though, the question is completely fair: Do you really need VR in your life?
Another day, another New Year Resolution post. As I said yesterday, I am all about setting realistic goals and targets that are more in line with my lifestyle rather than stretching myself too far with impossible resolutions.
I have a list but this year I am going to continue sticking to 1 coffee a day. It sounds so simple but I was racking up far too many cups of coffee a day, it wasn’t good!
Every year there is a whole heap of pressure on us to set our New Year’s Resolution and stick to them. Usually we over stretch, over promise and then feel extra crappy when we can’t maintain them passed the end of January.
I choose to set realistic goals rather than New Year’s Resolution because I will feel energised and accomplished throughout the following 12 months.
It seems your social media gets flooded with proposals over the festive period. Who wouldn’t want a big shiny diamond from their other half for Christmas? What comes next? Wedding planning!
