Taking over the empty Barclays Bank unit on Grainger Street, Côte Brasserie has plunged itself deep in to the heart of Newcastle in a pretty major location.
The Côte Brasserie chain is bringing French inspired dining to the nation and most importantly – the Toon.
Way back at the beginning of August I took advantage of the sunny weather and whisked myself off to the coast to finally try The Herb Garden Harbour, located 5 minutes from the Royal Quays.
After a long bracing walk along the Quayside, what would be better than a hot tasty Sunday roast? We headed to The Bridge Tavern to fill up on home cooked comfort food.
The weekend was foodie heaven for us, trying lots of new places but I was most excited to tell you all about Kiln. Half pottery studio half cafe, this little corner of Ouseburn is a must-visit for a relaxed coffee or delicious food.
