Quick Fix Facials – Calming Clay & Mega Moisture

Quick Fix Facials

On a recent trawl around Boots, these Quick Fix Facials caught my eye and jumped in to my basket. I have never seen them in store before so I don’t know if they are a new range or just new to my branch. I tried to reach out to the company for further information but I didn’t get a response!

With 7 different varieties, they are currently £2.49 (rrp £4.99) and each tube contains 10 treatments.

For my own skin care needs, I picked up the Mega Moisture Gel Mask for dry and thirsty skin and the Calming Clay Mask for red and sensitive skin.

The Calming Clay is just that, it was a short term fix for fighting redness in the skin. I did notice a few days of diminished redness and it certainly was very gentle on my sensitive skin – a rare winner! The clay contains oatmeal, aloe vera and chamomile extract which are all known for their soothing and calming properties. The added Rose Extract is responsible for battling the redness.

The Mega Moisture Gel mask is bliss. I suffer red, dry, angry skin no matter what the season or what I do to it so this cooling mask was heaven to apply. I use it late in the evening just before bed and I know my skin looks and feels plump in the morning as it contains Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E and Collagen. For £2.49 or even the £4.99 this is an extremely good high street face mask!
