Clarins Instant Smooth balm – Crystal Coral

Clarins Instant Smooth balm – Crystal Coral

Hello lovelies,

Most of you have probably already seen the L’oreal Universal Lip Glow or the Topshop Lips in Crytal lipsticks. Bright, neon, semi clear lipsticks that will tint your lips with a subtle, personal shade of pink.

Not only do they look like jelly good enough to eat, the also only come in pink. This is where the Clarins Instant Smooth Balm comes in to play.

In the bullet, it looks like a shocking day glo orange colour but on swatching and application, you are left with a very delicate, subtle coraly peach shade which is a pleasant change to the pinks. The product is not only super moisturising and long lasting, it has a lovely light fruity smell that doesn’t seem overly synthesised or fake.

I haven’t tried any other Clarins lip products but if this is the standard of them, I certainly will be investigating more more more!

This is going to be a new handbag staple for topping up when I don’t have a mirror or chance for a full on top up of lipstick. Quick slick of this and I have beautifully moisturised, glowy lips.

I got this lipstick from Perfumes Club for £11.40 which is a saving of £8.60 from the £20.00 RRP. Super fast postage from the Balearics and it does certainly remind me of summer!

I recommend you all check out the Perfumes Club website, it is stocked full of goodies. Some you can’t buy in the UK and some that are much cheaper, including the postage! I know I will definitely be stocking up on extra perfume.

Perfumes Club is a European internet based company in sunny sunny Palma (Majorca) but don’t let the language difference put you off. The customer service is great. You get an email to track your delivery and it arrived spot on when it was meant to. If postage can run that smoothly across thousands of miles, why can’t Royal Mail get it right going 10 mile up the road?!

My favourite perfume is rapidly becoming impossible to find in the UK unless you visit an airport but as it is still widely available in Europe it was the perfect time to stock up… and I did! I will tell you more about that in another post!

Have you tried this Clarins Balm before?
