Whenever I have been to San Francisco before, we have never ventured all the way over the legendary Golden Gate Bridge until my visit back in May. With less than 10,000 inhabitants, Sausalito was a quaint and cute place to visit and definitely worth crossing the bridge.
One of the absolute highlights of our road trip, will be our visit to Madonna Inn in California. Sitting slap bang between San Francisco and Los Angeles, this mecca for all things pink and kitsch has been on my bucket list for years now and I couldn’t be happier to check it off.

I love a good holiday, you may have been able to tell. I never need persuading to book up. Following on from our American road trip for my 30th back in 2013, we are off on another adventure to California.
As you know I went to New York at Christmas and it has taken me ages to get my photos sorted. I know a few people are going over to New York soon so I thought I’d finally share some of my snaps.
