I’d been looking for a boho-ish, fringed slouchy bag for my holidays and I wanted to try and belatedly channel some Coachella cool. I’d hunted high and low on the high street and beyond and found nothing to suit until I stumbled upon this beauty in New Look (£19.99) and it ticked all the boxes.
The bag is big enough to carry all my essentials through the airport during travel as well as stuff my camera and a bottle of sun tan lotion in to without looking clumpy and most impressively, I can get 2 looks from the 1 bag by wearing it with the fringing towards my body or away.
A versatile bag that I think will look good casual and more dressed up too.
I’m not going to pretend that I probably won’t end up buying handbags on holiday, that’s just inevitable, but it is a good starting point. As it is woven fabric, I don’t need to be too precious about it and if it gets grubby, I can always give it a quick wash down.
