As May 1st marked the start of the Summer season for a lot of holiday makers and of course the UK weather is starting to head on upwards, I thought it was a very fitting time to share with you some very useful information from the British Skin Foundation.

    Thank you for sharing this- We lost my father to skin cancer when he was only 51. People need to be more aware of how much devastation the sun can cause, and that nobody should use the “I don’t need suncream.” excuse!

      Having been on holiday for a week, it was quite astounding to people just not bothering.

      I have a heavy dose of red in my complexion so even though I was dosed up in high SPF, I still looked red. At least I was safe in the knowledge I had been careful
