I have a beauty of a case from Joules to show you. It’s quite possibly my favourite thing ever.
If you are not familiar with the Joules brand, you may have spotted them at a country show or in one of the predominantly southern standalone stores. A family business for over 25 years, Joules has become synonymous with high quality. Almost being ruined by the 2001 Foot & Mouth epidemic due to most of the country shows being cancelled, the brand branched out in to stores.
I came across the Joules luggage selection, which has 2 spinner cases and several holdalls, while searching for a new handbag for Mam for Mothers Day. You can find their impressive leather handbags HERE to lust over – The Richmond is perfect. Oh so beautiful!
I digress!
I picked up the Black Floral Suitcase (£99.95)*. A high quality soft sided case, the wheels are strong, sturdy and have a fluid spin. You can easily tip the case in to a 2 wheel pull along for going up steps and curbs which a lot of wheelers can’t.
For main, hold luggage, I wouldn’t dream of using a spinner as baggage handlers are NOT careful but for cabin luggage, I am a convert. I can swiftly get myself and a loaded cases from one end of an airport terminal or train station to the other with minimal effort and at the end of the day when your shoulders are hurting from lugging a bag or laptop round, you can put it on top of the case and wheel that round with ease too.
