Barbour for Land Rover Launches First Spring Summer Collection
The first spring summer collection from Barbour and Land Rover draws on both brands key strengths to deliver clothing built on the shared foundations of capability, design, reliability and style.
Inspired by Land Rover’s contemporary design, the range is a modern interpretation of the two brands’ traditions. Inspired by the British countryside, it is designed for those men and women who demand a high standard of workmanship and finish from their clothing. Barbour’s traditional country style is married with vehicle details such as grills or chamfer lines cleverly adapted and worked into garments. The result is garments of precision, finish and simplicity, ergonomically shaped for comfort with a touch of country inspired luxury.
A premium lifestyle collection, lightweight jackets are complimented by gilets and a range of knits, shirts, jerseys and graphic tees. Wax, leather and quilt jackets are flatteringly cut with smart leather trims and the grill pattern is used to clever effect in summer knitwear and tees in soft, elegant styles.
For men, the waterproof breathable Burnside jacket with its waterproof zips is a stand out piece. For women, it’s all about the shape and fit. The versatile and stylish Redburn is a longer length, belted trench coat which is 100% waterproof. The luxurious leather Harwood jacket in black with grill detailing is a signature piece that is highly covetable. Knitwear in soft summer colours carries detailing inspired by the Land Rover grill feature and the silk Harwood shirt and soft jersey Millburn Tee are beautifully cut to complement the outerwear.
