Dove Intensive Repair Leave in Conditioner

I’m one of those brand sticklers and I sometimes can’t get my heard round body care brands bringing out shampoos and conditioners and for them to be good.

I know I’m not alone in this.

On a whim, when on offer in Boots, I recently bought the Dove Intensive Repair spray. Housed in a non aerosol spray, the 2 phase product is designed to be shaken and mixed before applying to the hair.

Thanks to the 2 phase, one layer delivers targeted repair to the hair shaft where it is needed and the second layer provides moisture.

I have been using this product every time I style my hair. If I leave it down, I spray it before drying and then lightly mist over the finished style. When I wear my hair in a bun or pony, I ensure the lengths of my hair have a good coating to keep the hair extra sleek, smooth and nourished.

Spraying on hair before bed means you have beautifully soft hair in the morning without a sticky or greasy build up. It’s just a great all round product and some someone with dry processed hair like myself, it takes a lot to actually notice a difference. Hair straightens easier, curls are glossier and I am using much less finishing oil.

I have been using this so much I have used half a bottle already, I didn’t think I’d like it so I didn’t take photos before I started unfortunately!

Because I have enjoyed using this, I have since bought the nourishing oil leave in spray and the much talked about dry shampoo so look out for some more Dove reviews coming soon
