I’m going through a phase of craving creamy, pastely, nude lip colours at the minute and after seeing another blogger sporting this shade I had to do a bit of lemming and pick one up too.
This lipstick is £3.50 from E.L.F in the shade – Coral and it is a pretty good dupe for the Topshop Lip Stick in Coy which I love. The ELF version is much creamier than the Topshop one which is a welcome difference.
The ELF colour doesn’t leave that overly drying chalky feel that some mattes can. I do however give my lips a slick of the Missguided (free with magazine) gloss which adds a scrummy vanilla-y sheen.
This has definitely been my most reached for relaxed lip look of late. Perfect for work or running errands.. especially when i’m not in the mood for my now trademark bright red lips!

It’s lovely isn’t it.
I have to be careful because as much as I crave nudes, my lip tone and skin tone just don’t always suit them but this is absolutely perfect!
Think I might try other colours from the matte range… at £3.50 you can’t go wrong.
