Nothing says Christmas like a good old festive winter market and no one does it better in the UK than Edinburgh.

Taking over Princes Street Gardens, the annual event is a melting pot of sights, sounds and of course the delicious smells.

Whenever I have been to San Francisco before, we have never ventured all the way over the legendary Golden Gate Bridge until my visit back in May. With less than 10,000 inhabitants, Sausalito was a quaint and cute place to visit and definitely worth crossing the bridge.
