When I heard that the old St Mary’s Hospital which was known as The Gateshead Lunatic Asylum was being converted in to luxury housing and a beautiful gastro pub – St Mary’s Inn, I jumped at the chance to pop along for a visit.

Hello Lovelies,
A wee while ago Mr Tramp splurge on a beautiful duffel coat from Barbour in Jarrow.
With only 1 on the rack in his size and priced at a very affordable £90, he snapped it up but we couldn’t find it online anywhere.
Within the last week, Barbour have announced their new capsule collection called Great Coat.
Inspired by the original Great Coat – a heavy-duty military jacket designed to offer soldiers warmth and protection – this robust collection presents a legion of men’s waxed, quilted and wool jackets that are authentically styled and equipped to combat the worst winter weather
Whilst the coat is warm and very durable , it is not overly heavy which makes it a great every day coat. A more formal alternative to a waxed or quilted jacket.
Hello Lovelies,
I have dabbled in at-home gel polish kits before but yesterday I had my nails done with gel polish at a nail salon for the first time.
With it being party season, Christmas AND going away on hols, I thought it was only right to bust out the mega glitter.
This is a ruby red glitter gel from an unknown brand but the camera just doesn’t do it justice. I just can’t pick up how blingy it is!
In the theme of keeping matchy matchy, I have painted my toenails with a thin layer of OPI Big Apple Red then topped it off with 2 coats of Barry M Red Glitter and the match is perfect!
But I won’t show you my feet, don’t worry!
Hello Lovelies,
Bit of a different one today as it is more of a preview than a review!
As we go to New York in a mere few hours, we have booked ourselves a fancy pants Sunday Mimosa Brunch ($59 pp) at The View restaurant.
Sitting at the top of the Marquis Hotel, The View is a 360 degree rotating restaurant offering breathtaking views of the city from 48 floors up. The only in the city!
As the restaurant takes 1 hour to rotate, they provide handy maps on the napkins so you always know what you are looking at. How cool is that?
Hello Lovelies,
I have been pining after a Pashli satchel bag from 3.1 Phillip Lim for a while now. Given the price of them in the UK, i decided to buy one on holiday with the cracking exchange rate.
Of course on our last trip to America I couldn’t find a colour in stock I liked… this time I can’t decide between a normal, medium or mini!
I’m pining for either the blush pink, the storm grey or a sensible black!
