KISS False Eyelashes Review

Everyone needs a little boost now and then, right? Finding the right brand and style of lashes for you and your eye shape can be an absolute nightmare but I have been loving the brand KISS lately for spot on fluttery peepers.

I love the idea of individual lashes for that completely prescriptive, custom look but quite frankly, who has time for that? It seems to take me longer to apply each single knotted lash than it does to do the rest of my make up combined.

The Haute Couture single lashes (£4.95) have trios of lash knots on an invisible band to help you whizz through application. It also makes it a little easier to add bulk where you might need it. I have been adding a trio of the extra short to my inner eye and then a short just to the outside corner for some boosted definition but without going OTT for the office.

The other pair I have been obsessed with is Daisy  (£4.95) from the Blooming collection. Daisy features a multi angle layered root which gives you a more natural look when worn as the fibres aren’t all going one way in a block. It stops you from getting that ‘drag queen’ lash look. The result of the natural flourish is a naturally boosted glam look. Not too full on for afternoon drinks but enough pzazz to really bring focus to your eyes.

The Daisy lashes are long enough to be snipped to size if necessary as I find a lot of lashes quite short in width which means you have a patchy gap at the inner corner which I hate. The glue lasts well and if you are extra gentle taking your make up off, the Haute Couture singles can last a couple of days before they need touching up.
