What better way to brighten a dull first day back to work than with gorgeous eyeshadows?
These 3 little KIKO beauties have seen me through not only the festive season but days at work and quick eye looks to get me out the door in a hurry.
I picked these 3 eye shadow sticks from the Midnight Siren Collection. Infused with water, the formula is 42% water and they feel incredible as you put them on. So refreshing and soothing and they blend beautifully. You need to work quick with them but they do blend out and last all.day.long. The formula is very similar to the Chanel Stylo stick but a fraction of the price.
The palest shade is 01 Glamour Gold but is a very white shimmery shade. It is a neutral shade than can be worn with other colours to enhance them as either a base or a pop of glitz. I like this in the inner corner of my eye to brighten it up.
02 Mysterious Chocolate has been my go-to for a strong day time eye. The shade is cool brown shade with micro glitter which is very subtle when buffed out. With a little it of blending you are left with a gorgeous taupey brown smoked eye. It is just perfection. It pairs well with the pale shade.
03 Attractive Plum is another great shadow for a strong smoky eye. A blackened violet, the formula makes it effortless to create a bold look but blends well with other shades and formulas. It makes a really nice alternative to a black eyeshadow. Smudged along the upper lash line is my favourite way to wear it as it pops against glossy black mascara!
