I bought this for Paul’s birthday back in the Summer and as we both LOVE hot sauce, it seemed like a no brainer gift.
The kit has incredibly simple instructions and contains everything you need to turn basic store cupboard ingredients in to kick ass hot sauce.
Each kit makes 6 150ml bottles in 2 different flavours – Smokey Chipotle and Mango Morita – with spice mixes from their award winning farm in Bristol.
We made the Chipotle sauce first and it is delicious. We are immature and called it’s ‘The HOT Bastard‘ and ‘Katie’s Epic’. Not too hot, but well worth making it ourself. You could even buy the kit and give the finished sauce as gifts.
