It’s a blogger cliche isn’t it, to be obsessed with candles? I am but to be honest I love anything to do with home fragrance. Reeds, plug ins, candles, pot purri and melts. I’m a sucker for it.
I have 3 house cats and a stinky husband…. fresh rooms are always my goal so I was over the moon when I finally discovered Flamingo Candles
It’s a bit of a throw back to have a tea light tartlet melter but after a quick rummage in my Mam’s spare room, I came across mine from the 90s and reclaimed it.
With 82 melts to choose from, you can find something to suit everyone here. You could even get creative and mix and match! I prefer the stronger, bolder scented ones and while some of the melts I have tried have ticked that box, some have been more subtle so it is luck of the drawer as to which scent will kick off more fragrance.
Once unwrapped, I keep them in little labelled plastic baggies so that I can chop and change the tartlets as I fancy. A quick 5 minutes in the freezer and the wax just pops straight out. They are so much easier to store than full size candles and all you need to stock up on is cheap tea lights.
Not only do Flamingo sell their melts and candles, they run a Melt Crowd subscription service. Bit like a beauty box but chock full of scenty goodness! You can find out more here.
I am just about to place an order full of Christmas melts to see me through the festive season!
