I have tried most high coverage foundations on the high street and high end on the pursuit of happiness.
The L’Oreal Infallible Foundation is pretty damned close to perfect.
Coming in at under £10, the foundation provides a long lasting high coverage with a lightly dewy finish. A little goes a long way and it settles down to a lovely fresh looking wear that has minimal transfer or oxidisation.
As you can see from the above picture showing before during and after, when my skin flares up, I have 90% redness to cover across my entire face so it is often a daily struggle. Green products just do not work. End of. No more discussion.
To apply, I actually use the Real Techniques Contour brush to ‘paint it on’ then a soft domed buffing brush to work it in and blend. This works the best for me to give me the fullest coverage.
The picture above is just foundation then blusher. No primer, no concealer and no powder.
