Recently, we took part in a sausage making workshop with the Northumberland Sausage Company who have a facility in Brocksbushes farm shop, Corbridge. In a large portakabin on a Sunday morning seemed the perfect time to craft some delicious home made bangers. 14 other people agreed so too. It also happened to be our wedding anniversary!
