The National 9/11 Memorial in New York at Ground Zero is the single most moving thing I have experienced in my life.
15 years ago, the world changed and it will never ever be the same. Some say for better, most say for the worst but however you look at it, it has shaped the way for the future.
Whilst planning our trip to New York, we knew we had to stay in a Marriott as I good old loyal Marriott Rewards member. After much debating, we chose the Midtown East Courtyard Hotel.
Arriving by cab from the Airport, the unassuming Courtyard entrance nestles between a 24hr Duane Reade and a bank. Perfect place for a make up shopping fanatic? Yes!

As you know I went to New York at Christmas and it has taken me ages to get my photos sorted. I know a few people are going over to New York soon so I thought I’d finally share some of my snaps.
