Another day, another New Year’s Resolution post. As I said yesterday, I am all about setting realistic goals and targets that are more in line with my lifestyle rather than stretching myself too far with impossible resolutions.
I have a list but this year I am going to continue sticking to 1 coffee a day. It sounds so simple but I was racking up far too many cups of coffee a day, it wasn’t good!
Every year there is a whole heap of pressure on us to set our New Year’s Resolutions and stick to them. Usually we over stretch, over promise and then feel extra crappy when we can’t maintain them passed the end of January.
I choose to set realistic goals rather than resolutions because I will feel energised and accomplished throughout the following 12 months.
It seems your social media gets flooded with proposals over the festive period. Who wouldn’t want a big shiny diamond from their other half for Christmas? What comes next? Wedding planning!

A combination of access issues and a few major life changes have held me back from getting back on board the blogging bus.
After 10+ years of blogging, I think this is one of the longest breaks I have had and boy did it feel great.
My to do list may well be longer than the Great Wall of China but I have got that zing back!
