Brinkburn Street Brewery

Brinkburn Street Brewery Review

Taking up an unassuming corner of Ouseburn, you’ll find the Brinkburn Street Brewery. One of my most recommend must-try places in Newcastle for delicious, value for money food and a relaxed atmosphere for a drink.

Kiln, Ouseburn

Kiln Ouseburn

The weekend was foodie heaven for us, trying lots of new places but I was most excited to tell you all about Kiln. Half pottery studio half cafe, this little corner of Ouseburn is a must-visit for a relaxed coffee or delicious food.

Victoria Tunnel, Newcastle

Victoria Tunnel, Newcastle

85ft under the oh so cool Ouseburn lies the Victoria Tunnel.

Built and opened in 1842, the former wagon way is now a volunteer led tourist attraction and we visited on Halloween for a spooky tour.

Ernest – Ouseburn, Newcastle

Ernest – Ouseburn, Newcastle

Tucked away in the oh so upcoming area of Ouseburn, Ernest is a proudly independent cafe and restaurant.

Serving morning, noon and night, you can have a bumper breakfast, a light lunch and then pint listening to music all under one roof without leaving your cosy seat.
