L’oreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation

Loreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation Review

Do you search for the perfect full coverage foundation like me? Want to achieve that flawless look without looking caked? You need to try the L’oreal Infallible Total Cover foundation. It’s a game changer for me.

Whilst I don’t h ave blemished or scarred skin, I have incredibly red pigmentation across my cheeks. From an early age I hated my ‘rosy cheeks’ and for a long time I didn’t know how to deal with them.

I would cake my face with grim stick concealer and layer on the cheapest thickest foundation I could find. For a long time I even avoided blush as I thought it made me look worse. Then slowly as I hit my late teens and had more exposure to targeted make up, I learnt more tips and tricks for covering up.

Loreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation Review

I’ll never be the girl that wears the barely there dewy foundation which is why I am currently obsessed with the Infallible Total Cover foundation.

The foundation comes out quite solid from the tube which makes working with it a little bit tricky. Not going to lie, it has fallen off my brush before and I’ve not noticed it until I wonder why I’m not getting coverage! To get round this, I have been applying the Infallible Total Cover foundation in little dots to my face direct from the tube.

It blends beautifully without any need to be rigorous. The coverage is full but buildable if necessary and on the dry down it doesn’t leave me looking chalky or caked. I don’t look like I am wearing a mask and additional products sit well on top.

Loreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation Review

There’s minimal need to powder the Infallible Total Cover foundation once it has set and it has a very decent wear time. I don’t get too shiny or lose cover for a good 12-14hrs. For a high street foundation <£10, I can’t complain.

I know as summer progresses most people want to wear lighter base products but this feels barely there on the skin. You could alter your shade with pigment drops or mixing in a bronzer to give colour and coverage.

L’oreal have stepped up their game with the Infallible Total Cover foundation, I’d love to see a matching full cover concealer to work along side.

It’s so good isn’t it. I’ve had high end £££ foundations that aren’t as good as this. Glad you love it too! x
