The Nike Air Pegasus ’89 (£70 ASOS) are a thing of beauty. Just look at those holographic flashes on the sides?
They catch the light and change colour right before your eyes – which does make photographing them somewhat tricky!
Padded and supportiv, the more sportier style of the Nike Air Pegasus ’89 give you a comfy shoe for gym work or pounding the pavements all day doing your errands. The leather is matte to stop it looking garish.
I’d have liked it if the white sole had been black but I think they are pretty damn epic and I have been calling them my Unicorn trainers. The hot orange and magenta flips perfectly to green and blue. Lush!
They are available in a more ‘skater’ style of trainer with only a holographic tick, if that is more your subtle kind of thing.
I keep waving my feet around just to see the colours glint. I’ve been wearing them with my jeans rolled up at the ankles just to show them off! Sad, I know!
